Cleveland native Julie Schabel is the founder and owner of Wave Space Studio. She studied at the Art Institute of Chicago and holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts in printmaking and photography. Fueled by her passion for teaching as an art form, Julie has been able to provide access to art education that works to unify our communities through hands-on creativity.
Julie’s personal art specializes in multi-toned nature-inspired collages with high-contrast and varied layers. Her work has been featured by galleries in Chicago, NYC, and Miami, as well as local galleries such as Beck Center and BAYarts.
